Hudson On The River: Experience New American Tapas with a Scenic Twist

We recently visited Hudson’s for the first time. The atmosphere and views were absolutely stunning, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We started with drinks at the bar, and the guava margaritas were amazing — definitely a highlight of the night. For dinner, my husband ordered the duck two ways with pineapple rice, which was the star of the evening. My daughter and I tried the flavor menu with skirt steak, but it was unfortunately overcooked and the rice lacked flavor. Luckily, my other daughter enjoyed the coconut shrimp, which was very tasty. Overall, the ambiance, service, desserts and drinks were outstanding, though the food was a bit hit or miss for the price.

I love the restaurant …. The food is incredible, the views are beautiful, the service is really really really amazing at the bar. Both Alex and Nick are like Johnny on the spot. We have a group of 5-6 people almost every Wednesday night. Alex remembers our drink orders and Nick ensures that we are well and greets some of us by name. The feeling is that you are the family that shows up The reason I marked atmosphere lower is it seems like people can’t wait there turn to get there order in. After waiting 5 minutes for the bartender to take your order is not a big deal. Though to be honest I see them great everyone when they come in.

Had a great experience here! Knew this place before as pelican cafe and have been wanting to try Hudson’s, the place looked amazing. Outdoor seating was really nice and accommodated our big party. Our server was super friendly and made plenty of good recs. The espresso martini was really good! Tried the edamame, filet mignon, salmon roll, blacked mahi- all really good! Highly recommend trying

This was our second visit to Hudson’s! And it was much better! The food was well presented and very very tasty! Drinks and atmosphere nice as well and our server was so nice with a great smile and chatty nature! Great service!

Hudson on the River offers a great overall experience with delicious food, excellent drinks, and a fantastic atmosphere. The cocktails are well-crafted and refreshing, and the bartender is extremely friendly, personable, and welcoming, which really makes the visit special. Combined with attentive service and a relaxing waterfront view, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a quality meal and drinks. Highly recommended.

We had lunch at Hudson’s last Tuesday and what great time we had. Dog friendly is a big plus for Murphy, my now 1 year old IW. The service was excellent. We ordered Fried Calamari, the best in Stuart, and we split the Cuban sandwich. Murphy loved the fries. Planning a return trip this Sunday for brunch.

Always love coming here for dinner. Great food and drinks. My only complaints, you got rid of your delicous chicken sandwich. Also, the bar chairs are awful, and I mean awful. Not comfortable at all. And the openness of the room means you can't hear a thing when it's busy. It's so loud and echo-y. That being said- it's still worth going to. Sushi is amazing. All the appetizers are fantastic. Drinks are delicious. And the views, can't beat em!
